At Studio DOS by Designer Outlet Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
